In my opinion, the 1st of the 2 look better, but overall I LOVE the no-outlined style, it is done very well to seperate objects of the same thing [except for the waving hand], It gives a cute vibe to it!

[With this style, you could experiment with pastel colours aka. lighter, less saturated colours, it might look amazing!]

The style is very cute, and the poses are drawn very well! I like the expressions on the female characters face a lot, aswell as the effects at the top you decided to use.
I like the gun aswell, it's curves are done nicely, I can't argue with this much!
